At Lulu& Rask we are Artisans hand crafting items on a small scale, we produce every product with passion and quality. Every product is unique and therefore has variation, quality and passion our constants. 

If you are still not happy with our product use the "contact us page" and we will endeavor to get straight back to you. We can arrange an exchange or refund if the item is unused, in the original packaging and returned to us.

If you receive a faulty item use the "contact us page" and we will endeavor to provide a replacement or refund.
